• Where do I park and load in/out?

  • There is plenty of parking in front of the building as well as the rear of the building.

  • There is a dolly on-site if you want to use it. 

• What are the hours of availability?

  • Mon.-Thu. 12:00 pm-12:00 am.  

  • Fri.-Sun. 12:00 pm-10:00 pm.

• How flexible are the booking options?

  • Booking is flexible and easy on our booking page.

• What are the acoustics like?

  • We have acoustic panels, bass traps, and floor-to-ceiling acoustic curtains to control sound reverberation.

• What equipment comes with the room?

  • Each room is equipped with a name-brand drum kit, 2 Shure SM58 microphones, microphone stands, mic cables, a mixer, 2 PA speakers, wall-mounted guitar hangers, plenty of power outlets, and stools.

• Do you rent guitars and amps?

  • Yes. Guitars, bass guitars, amps, and additional microphones are available as an “add on” when you book.

• Do you offer recording?

  • Yes. We have digital recorders you can rent on the booking page as an “add on”.

• Is there a lounge or break area?

  • Yes, there is a common area with sofa, ottoman, arcade game and USB outlets where you can take a break, make a phone call, etc. 

• Do you offer lockouts?

  • No, all rooms are rented hourly.

• Are drinks or food allowed?

  • Snacks and drinks are OK as long as you clean up after yourself.

  • Don’t be the reason we have to change that.
